This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by providing administrative support and managing insurance claims processes.

Responsibilities:
1.
Insurance Claims Management:
- Handle the entire insurance claims process, including initiating claims, gathering documentation, and submitting necessary forms.
- Liaise with insurance companies, adjusters, and clients to gather information and ensure timely claim resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of all claims, correspondence, and related documents.
2.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing schedules.
- Prepare and maintain various reports, spreadsheets, and documents related to insurance claims and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the roofing team.
- Handle office supply management, ensuring availability of necessary materials.
3.
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Assist clients in understanding the insurance claims process, explaining policies, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
4.
Data Management:
- Maintain an organized filing system for all insurance claims and administrative documents.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entered into relevant systems or databases.
- Generate reports and analyze data related to insurance claims to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement.
5.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with other team members, including roofers, estimators, and project managers, to gather required information for insurance claims.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless flow of information and efficient claim processing.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in insurance claims or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience working in insurance claims, preferably within the roofing or construction industry.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, insurance companies, and team members.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and insurance claims management software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
